Terms & Coditions


  • Payment may be made by credit / debit cards listed on the shopping cart.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
  • Delivery time is within 14 days after payment is received, but usually within 4 working days.
  • All weights of items, as stated, are approximate.
  • Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 7 days of delivery, where upon a replacement item will be offered or credit note issued. All items returned must be in original condition.
  • If a return is made, the purchaser is responsible for all postal costs.
  • Prices shown do not include postage & packing.
  • Customers anywhere other than the UK shall be responsible for any local taxes, customs charges, or any other charges, that the country they are receiving the order, may impose.
  • No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale, irrespective of means of payment, until the goods have been despatched to the buyer. All items are sold as seen and are assumed to be in good condition by both us and the customer.
  • Liability of alternativepolperro.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the goods. Alternativepolperro.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using any of the products it sells.
  • The contracts from the sales of goods by alternativepolperro.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
